What kind of quartz clock movement do you need?

Step movement or Sweep movement

The Sweep movement’s seconds pointer runs smoothly, continously and silently with no ticking sound.

The Step movement’s seconds pointer jumps second by second with ticking sound.

Good quality step movement does not make obvious ticking sound noise

To determine the shaft length you will need

Center screw length should match the clock face material thickness

For example:
If the clock face material thickness is about 3mm, the center screw length should be no less than 6.5mm, if the clock face material is very thin, you could use clock movement without center screw

Just let us know your clock face material thickness, then we can recommend proper shaft length.

You may want “I” shaft clock movement

The minute hand can be fixed on the shaft with nut, and it can be high torque for large clock hands.

The seconds hand can also be fixed on the Ishaft movement with nut

You may need clock movement with hanger

There are three types of hanger, plastic hanger, metal hanger and mounting cover
